Lattice or any lash serum.

As far as I know, Lattice is the only thing that will actually make lashes grow.
everything else just conditions them.

Latisse really works. My mother used it and it made her lashes so long, they touch the frames of her glasses so then I started using it and saw a difference too. But you have to make sure you put it on EVERYday. I also found this. Haven't tried it myself.
