I plan on going to one of these schools next year, in the summer. But I'm not sure which one i should pick. I've heard that they are both good schools. I'm interested in doing makeup in the fashion industry. I'm leaning more towards Cosmix because I don't live in Florida and there you can make a loan to pay for housing, which would be so much help. But I just wanna make sure I pick the right school. HELP!

Watch those loans....especially private loans because they don't have the added benefits of forbearance and deferment like the government backed loans. Once you finish school they will want repayment and they don't care if you have a job or not. I heard great things about the Joe Blasco school. Know a few people who graduated from that school and they churn out some great looking work. The other school my knowledge is limited so I can't comment on that one. Also if you're looking to get into fashion as an artist I would definitely look into schools that are close to the fashion epicenters. I live in Florida and this state is by far not a fashion epicenter....internship opportunities for what you're wanting to do is seriously lacking. :(
