How can you get lips to be fuller.

You really can't, your lips are in your genetics,. Lip plumpers are a good place to start, they use irritants to give your lips the appearance of fullness. Try highlighting your Cupid's bow when you do your makeup, also , dab a bit of clear gloss in the middle of your bottom lip, and rub them together! This gives them a more fuller three-D appearance!

All of her tips were great, you can also do a tiny bit of shading below your bottom lip to give the illusion of fuller lips.

Lip plumpers are definitely worth a shot! Soap and Glory Sexy Motherpucker is great. I really love Buxom lip creams and polishes as well. They come in many different colors, but they're all lip plumpers!

Highlighting your cupids bow is a great tip, and so is shading under your bottom lip. I personally just use a matte bronzer, and it makes a huge difference!
