Hey um I as you can see my hair is already long but I want it longer aha I sound crazy but I'm mexican what do you expect aha the only thing ik is to loosely braid it every night..is tere more?

Make sure too always condition when washing and if you use any styling tools always put a heat protector on! (VERY IMPORTANT) and maybe a trim on your ends (if you have split ends) is good too get & lastly when I was growing my hair out I would do coconut oil treatments! I found it made MY hair grow super fast and long. Hope I helped a little :)
