What does filling in your brows mean?

So I have thick black eyebrows.. And a few people recommend I fill them in more? What does it mean! Pics would be great!! These are my eye brows.

And I don't think you really need to fill them in, in my opinion they are fine.

Your brows are kinda like Mine, except Mine are lighter. I just use the elf eyebrow Kit and define my arch a bit because it's a bit thinner there then the tail a bit to make it look more defined.

You don't necessarily need to fill them in, your brows are lovely and full as they are :) Personally I have to fill mine it a little as they are quite sparse and not very full at all
