Always start with a moisturized face!!! Try MAC Prep+Prime Moisture Infusion. This will prime and moisturize your skin at the same time. Also Urban Decay's Naked foundation is awesome. It's light on the skin with build able coverage.Remember to set your foundation with a powder as well! This will help achieve that flawless look. :)

Cheapest way: Use an Almay primer (non comedogenic so it won't clog your pores), and revlon Colorstay foundation. If you use a beauty blender with the foundation it works WONDERS !

Most importantly, take care of your skin! Make sure to always remove
your makeup before going to bed. It is practically crucial! :)
Also if you have naturally good even skin, you probably don't need foundation. Just use concealer so
your face can breathe :D

A good skin care routine. As for make-up, apply it in this order: Moisturiser, benefit's porefessional, primer (optional) , foundation/BB/CC cream/tinted moisturiser, concealer, powder. Also, your make-up will look better if you use a foundation with light coverage. You can add an extra layer for more coverage. I use Urban Decay's NAKED foundation, it's literally weightless and comes in tons of shades! Also, apply everything with a light hand and don't cake on too much powder! I actually find applying an even layer of foundation using your hands much more natural-looking and less cakey than using a brush. Remember, less is more!
