Ok, so, I recently acquired a pretty bad sunburn on my face and now it has started peeling. Thing is, the skin underneath is a reddish pink colour and, quite frankly, makes me look like a burn victim. If you have any ways to help, please do because I am tired of my face looking like this. Thanks!
P.S.- Here's a pic of the damage

I would MAYBE and I say maybe like this because I really feel you should let your skin heal. It seems to have really taken a beating from the sun. So I may suggest putting on aloe lotions. I would not put on makeup and protect that area from the sun till it heals. It will eventually even out to a nice tan!

That looks like an actual first/ second degree burn.. I think you should head to the doctors... If not, leave it alone. But I seriously suggest consulting your physician.

I agree with Isabel.. That actually looks like a 1st/2nd degree burn to me. DO NOT PUT MAKEUP ON IT. Make sure to keep it protected from the sun until it heals. Maybe head to the doctors to get a prescribed product to help it heal and not scar. Defiantly do not pick at it or scratch it. Natural products like aloe Vera, natural yogurts and coconut oil can help heal and soften the skin.

I wouldn't do any mask just so you don't irritate it more. Use aloe vera and a thick moisturizer (I recommend CeraVe Moisturizing Cream) and Neosporin. No makeup! If it doesn't get any better in the next couple of days I would head to a doctor. Also stop picking at it! Unless of course if the peeling skin is hanging there, then peel it off, just don't try to peel it when its not ready.

I get sunburns ALL THE TIME. Leave it alone and apply lots of aloe vera. It helps to put the aloe in the fridge and let it cool before you apply it. It feels amazing if the burn is really bad;)
