Yes..I'm a model and the easiest way is "DO NOT STRAVE YOURSELF!" Get a lot vegetables and juice it up and eat nothing but that for about 30 days and you'll be losing weight like crazy in no time girl!! Good luck.

For juicing up I use a little bit of kales, ginger, spinach, apple, celerys, carrots and parsley..blend it all up and drink it 3 times a day if possible. And water along side. For veggies I ate celerys, carrots, raw tomatoes and which ever fruits is fine. You will start noticing your first pound lose as soon as the first week :)

You should definitely be getting protein and calcium in there too..by eating just smoothies and fruit/vegetables, you will not get the proper nutrition so you will gain the weight back when you switch to eating normally again. Eat lean grilled chicken, cottage cheese, low fat yogurt, skimmed milk, etc. but try to avoid things like bread and the obvious junk food

Please don't starve yourself as its not worth it. Just try cutting down on junk foods and drinking lots of water. Fruits and salads are good.
