does anyone work in sephora ? how did u get the job .. I had 3 interviews then they called back saying that have no hours .. any advice ?

If they don't have hours simple they don't have it. It's best to move on I'd you are really looking for work. The chances are they might or might never call you. Many people will apply in the mean time. Apply to another sephora or Ulta instead. A makeup counter is good too.

I work at Sephora. They very likely don't have the hours but they'll keep your résumé on file. You'll just have to wait. That's how retail works. In the meantime, apply to other places to gain experience. They like people who show drive and who want to stay with the company for a long time.

They also have Sephora's in JCP. I manage one , the nice thing is we don't work part time help on call.
