Revlon colorstay is a great drugstore option, but I really love UD Naked Skin (very nice and natural finish) if you want something that's more of a splurge :) I have a good amount of acne and redness but both of these give me a good coverage without caking me up.

Definitely Kat Von D lock it foundation. It's light, but full coverage. It stays on all day and keeps you matte! But it's like 35 bucks..:/ so i also really like dream matte mousse.

however i agree with emma, maybe opt for a slightly darker foundation shade and apply it just as liberally to your neck and collar and blend just as well you would your face. i think youd like the maybelline dream matte mousse. ive tried it and itd matte coverage. although its best applied with fingers and not a brush since its a mousse texture.
also can i add in th pic where your hair is up and eyeliner is winged your eyebrows look fantasticcccc like perfection good.

Foundations with SPF can cause a white cast in pictures. That may be why your face looks white???
