I ordered the Heiress system by Luminess on Black Friday but I still haven't got it yet :( I was going to do a review on it but as of now I am pretty disappointed with the company. I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago & it may not make it here for Christmas, kinda ridiculous but I hope it is going to be worth all the trouble. I plan on using a different foundation like occ or dinair instead of the luminess brand just do I don't have to purchase anything from them again. I'm not jacking the system just very displeased with the customer service :/

@Blaine- You have every right to be displeased! I hope it works as well with other products so you don't completely waste your money :(

Thanks Kristi, I hope it works well too. I didn't my homework on the system & from my understanding you are supposed to be able to use any water based airbrush makeup so fingers crossed.

I just got off the phone with customer service again and apparently my package arrived in my home state yesterday morning and was shipped out of state again last night & the back in state this morning but its still not here.... WHAT?! O.o Lady on the phone said it will be there by Monday morning... Wow.... Lol (Sorry I failed to realize my system was coming from Tokyo Japan, had to have been since it took you all 4 weeks just to get it to my state, only to be shipped back out of state again!) hahaha never again :p

Once again ladies I have heard wonderful things about this system as well as Dinair and others. I will review this system (once I get it) and see how it compares to my liquid foundation routine but seriously Luminess does need to work on their customer service, ok rant is over lol Jennifer I hope I didn't push you away from Luminess air, I just wouldn't purchase it directly from them is all.

A review would be great Blaine! My mother wants to buy me one as a gift but I'm not sure if I want it or not. Wasn't familiar enough with the product.
