So this is really pretty and there is absolutely no fallout but it's soooo hard to apply!! It's a creamy consistency but dries very rapidly and does not spread very well. It's completely opaque which is cool, but it's just so hard to work with! any suggestions on how to use this?

You could try to hear it a little with a lighter. Of course don't apply it to your eye right away. Let it cool a bit but it might be easier to apply. That's what I do with shitty eyeliner pencils lol

I had a few of these things. I don't think they are made to be blended. I would use it as a lid color and then use a similar color and blend that in. if that makes sense. I would also use an eyeshadow brush instead of the crappy applicator. these are great colors but like you said, don't blend at all.
