Any YouTube makeup tutorial had this. I particular recommend Chrisspy for this one
-use a fluffy brush or a tapered blending brush
-dab on your color starting in the crease on the outer edge
-work that color in windshield wiper motions (to diffuse the color) and circular motions (if you want to push the product upward)
-make sure your color is evenly blended before going in and adding more product to build up the intensity
