I need help with my hair!

Okay so here's the deal my hair is super dry and dull, I have thick corse hair, I also have kind of long hair with layers and I can't find a cute hairstyle that goes with my hair and I also can't seem to get rid of the dryness and dullness in my hair. Anyone got ideas on how to fix it?
