Which is better? BB or CC cream?

I've never really put makeup ALL over my face before.. I mainly just put on simple makeup: eyeliner, mascara, and concealer where it's needed. I wanted to try something new but I don't really know which to choose. I'm not sure if I should use a BB cream or a CC cream. What's the difference between the two? What's the best BB cream or CC cream to use?

Bb cover more than cc, yet cc looks more natural.

I use a CC cream. It covers up my redness very very well. I've never tried a BB cream so I couldn't tell you which one is better.
