What the best primer for combo skin?!?

I'm on the market for a new mu primer and I don't wanna spend a bookoo amount of money on it and also if anyone could recommend a setting powder that wpuld be sooooo helpful.

Revlon Photo Ready Perfecting Primer is great, it's right up there with my high end primers. For a setting powder, I recommend Cover Fx Matte Setting Powder (loose). It gives skin a flawless finish, and one container lasts me almost a year. x
