Try using raw honey as a face wash at night instead of soap. The honey should have a hard consistency. Just used that like you would a normal facewash and then moursturize after, it works wonders!!

Well how long did you wait and then start picking at them they probably would of gone away. well anyway don't pick and let heal. wash your face everyday with any type of soup and if it gets bad get an aloe vara pant and use that.

Use a Sulfur based spot treatment/drying lotion. And make sure to moisturize every day with an oil-free moisturizer and take off ALL makeup at night before bed. You should probably try to avoid makeup altogether around that area, and be sure to wear primer to protect your skin.

Whatever you do. don't try and cover it up with foundation or concealer. those dry up your skin and make it feel or look cakey. try a few layers of bb cream. and wash your face everyday
