Ok so I have a bad habit with Sleeping with my Make-up on. I'm sure the Ladies out there is guilty of doing the same. I know it's bad for the skin and a BIG No No!! But I'm curious to know what will it do to my skin.
I have clear skin, never had the tween acne phase, I don't have Oily skin maybe just dry skin. When I do wear Make-up I don't wear foundation or concealer maybe just a little powder, bronzer and on occasion blush. I mainly wear eye make-up like eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara and sometimes even falsies. When I sleep with my make-up cause I'm honestly either too tired or lazy to take it off.
Is it really as bad for the skin as they say???

I don't think anything will happen if you miss one or two nights once Ina while but a lot of the times or everyday will have consequences

My mom has been sleeping with her makeup for years, since she was like 20. She has really big pores now, at 50. She complains and I always tell her to take off her makeup. I do it too sometimes, but I don't do it every night and I haven't been doing it for 30 years. If you do start to notice an increased size in your pores I would recommend getting a very good cleanser for oily skin. Or just use egg whites and it will help pull the dirt out. This response is primarily directed towards the use of face makeup.
