I new new makeup ideas! I do the same thing all the time and I just got an amazing set from sephora but they're very natural colors which I'm not used to (Browns, pinks, yellow?, etc.) I have very light blonde hair, pale skin and blue eyes. Teach me!

Neutral eye colors are always cute with a bold lip...also neutral doesn't have to be natural...you can try dramatic eyes with neutral shadows
