I really want to get in shape and I like yoga.
So I'm looking for some apps or maybe some sites I can look at that would be a good starting point in a healthy lifestyle.

The mike dolce podcast for sure. he and his wife are super passionate and full of information. they're also really good about answering emails, tweets, etc.
Nike training club is good. I don't think they have yoga, but otherwise it's really helpful.
and of course pinterest and pocket. :)
