What will look nice with this polka dot dress I have one very similar and i might wear it this weekend. So my questions are How can I accessorize it? Since its pretty chilly would it look nice with boots? Any opinions will count. :)

This is just screaming for some funky boots and a few edgy accessories...I adore mixing "pretty" with "edgy"

I love this! I wore navy and white polka dots today actually! =)
I would put a belt around it, a skinny belt, not a big thick waist belt. I mean you could! But I just love how hip yet polished skinny belts are lookin'
I would also add some cool necklaces. Not something too long, but something that will mimic the neckline...
I would wear this dress with a fun shoe or flat in a cool accent color (maybe you can match it to your belt). I wear my navy and white polka dots with a little almond toe wedge in a really cool turquoise suede and it looks cool and its not overkill. Red always works too!
If you want it to be casual you can always throw on a slouchy cardigan for some layering
