I've been having this...Um well Idk what to call it but It never bothered me before until I Wore A Type a bra that Crosses on the back & It scraped That Part of My Neck.
its Loose and Kinda Look Like a mole, what do I do to I guess treat it? Or Is my Only Option is to Go To the Doctor?

If you go to the doctors they might be able to remove it for you x

It could be a skin tag, but I would go straight to the doctor.

Looks too dark to be a skin tag. It's probably a mole. The doctors can remove it for you in a couple of minutes.

It might be a skin tag or a mole. Both of these can be removed with apple cider vinegar. Research about this, because it really does work! :)
