What goes first foundation or concealer?

I put it on after, if you do it before the foundation application removes some of it.

I apply my concealer first then dap/pat my foundation on with a beauty blender sponge so it does 'move' my concealer. But you can do it either way.

Sometimes if you apply concealer first you end up applying more than you need so I suggest putting on foundation and then seeing which places need the extra coverage. But it's up to you that's just my preference

The conventional method is foundation before concealer. Some people with severe acne prefer concealer first, as it offers more coverage. There's no real rule, though.

I generally do concealer first. If I have an spots I need covered I do that first and then my foundation but I always do my under eye concealer after foundation because I use that more as a brightener.

It doesn't matter girl do what works best for you - I like concealer over foundation because I want fuller coverage and I'm covering some really dark acne scars - and concealer over the foundation I feel gives me more coverage - if I put foundation over it I feel like it reduces the coverage and blends out the concealer too much.
