Can I wear navy blue and black?? I think it's fine, but my friends have said that's a no no... So what do you guys think? I have black jeggings/leggings and nice baby blue top.

That doesn't look baby blue but more of a dark blue / turning navy? And yes black and navy go! I'm actually wearing a navy dress with black leggings as we speak 😊

I think black and navy look better together rather then black and baby blue. Too much of a contrast and to me it just doesn't go together. I think that outfit looks good. As for the baby blue top I'd rather pair with white
