I have not personally tried triluma but the Dr.I work for prescribes it quite frequently for melasma and hyperpigmentation. Triluma contains hydroquinone so it should only be used for a certain length of time then given a break and then returning to use. From what I have found in my clients skin is that it takes at least a year to start seeing results. It turns over the skin at a faster rate so the skin can peel quite a bit. I would recommend fraxel personally.

No no no. I am not a Doctor. I work FOR a cosmetic Doctor. I would maybe recommend doing some peels. You can give the triluma a shot it just takes a very long time to see the results... which will be tricky in a 3 month time period. Try to consult a dermatologist about fraxel. Even though fraxel is known more so for resurfacing the skin, the depth of the laser also can help break up melasma pigmentation. If you were to get a treatment like that done soon, you will have plenty of recovery time before the wedding day.
