The Skin79 bb cream has SPF in it... It looks a bit grey when you first apply it, but then oxidises into a more natural colour. It dries semi-matte. I make certain to put it on on my "feeling so greasy" days, and it's great!

Alia the étude house bb and foundation doesn't have any darker shade. There's just one in their cotton fit series but it's still too light for Indian skin tones. That's true for most Asian brands though.

Try Maybelline Dream Pure BB. It's made for acne-prone skin, as it has salicylic acid in it. It also is good for oily skin too.
