I have a really small top lip , like when I try to wear lipstick It always looks kinda weird because my top lip is kinda small? What tips do you have for me to wear lipstick?

A nude or light pink lippie over a lip plumper will make your lips look bigger

Lip line will do the trick or just put the lipstick that makes your lip sing and big.

You can overdraw your top lip a tiny bit with a nude lipliner. Then use 2 shades of lipstick that are really close in color. I use Mac Kinda Sexy & Mac Shanghai Spice? And apply the darker shade around the edges of your lips and the lighter shade in the center of the lips. This creates dimension. The liner will create a bigger (wider) looking lip and the lipstick trick will create the look of "poufier or poutier" lips.
