I wanted to get a really nice lipstick but I'm on a tight budget, what's the most pigmented, creamy and long lasting lipsticks by either covergirl, maybelline or revlon thanks.

Maybelline color sensational are good. I also have one of the Maybelline super stay 14 hours lipsticks, and while I haven't worn it for 14 hours, I wore it for all day dance competitions and rarely had to touch up. Very pigmented, but not super creamy unfortunately. Revlon lipsticks are classic, and they're good, but I would skip Covergirl.
