Tomorrow is one of my best friends' 16th birthday party. It'll be about 80? F. It will be a pool party so I will obviously have a bathing suit but what should I wear, how should I do my makeup and how should I style my hair?

I'd say just wear a cute little dress on top, maybe floral, maybe a bright solid!! :) For makeup, keep it simple: waterproof mascara, lipgloss and lots of spf!
