Well. Usually on international flights they have these individual computer things on the back of every seat with the newest movies (in theatres) and games. So you can play with that. Hydrate a lot. And accept any offers of drink and food. Don't let them give you meat or pizza. It's so disgusting.

Apply moisturizer when you can. And start sleeping a bit before it gets dark. Or sleep during the day and stay up at night when it's quiet. I personally love the night on planes. Also save the charge on any electronics.

Wear leggings, they are flexible, warm and comfortable especially for a long flight.

I have traveled by plane a lot. Really it's pretty easy to stay moisturized and healthy on the plane, but here are my tips.
1.) dress comfortably
2.) apply very little makeup (moisturize, concealer, mascara, maybe eyeliner, lipgloss) you can add more, but it's not necessary.
3.) carry on bag (pack books/magazines, phones/electronics, snacks (no drinks brought by you are permitted) and you can pack a notebook or anything to entertain you.)
4.) accept snacks bc they only offer once the whole flight!
5.) SLEEP!! (:
6.) if skin gets a little dry moisturize again! (:
It's that simple!!

No makeup. And try a sleeping mask. It dries matte and gives super moisture.
