I already have a round face and my brows are curved, sort of like the 1920s curved brows, only more hair.

When you fill it in you will just have to draw in your own angle

If youre trying to create a shape thats significantly different from your natural shape, you're going to have to draw it on. And then tweeze off the ends that are creating the roundness. But thats a scary thought. You're probably going to end up with fake looking drawn on brows. Although there are some people that really know how to skillfully create a brow out of nothing and look realistic. I'm going to try and find a tutorial I once saw from a guy who was amazing.

I'm not sure you can do anything different if that's your natural shape. We can't force hair to grow on certain areas where it naturally does not grow

I got my brows to a nicer shape by doing what Marleen said, fill your brows to the shape you want at the front and in the tail if it's not arched how you like it tweeze the excess hairs (only underneath your eyebrow, never above) to the shape you want, use a brow pencil as a guide. Mine were sparse at first but with keeping them tidy and trimming them when they need it they stay that shape now. :) hope that makes sense haha.
