Well if you want it long I would keep growing it out but if you want it short go ahead and cut it I personally think you should grow it out!

Grow it! Personally I don't think short hair would suit you but that's just my opinion I could be wrong! I also think if you got a choppy side fringe that would look cute and somewhat edgy :)

You could cut it shorter for summer! Then when it's hot outside you wouldn't have so much heavy hair keeping you hot (:
