My skin is oily in my T-zone and super oily on my eyelids. I can't find products to keep them under control. I'm looking for some foundation for my skin that doesn't look cakey and also something to keep my eyelids from looking oily.

I'd suggest using a primer for your face an eyelids. Not only will it smoothen out your skin and provide a nice base for your foundation eyeshadows, I know that primers are good for reducing an oily appearance. Aside from that I'd invest in blotting papers as well for touchups through out the day. As far as foundation I'd highly recommend Revlons Nearly Naked (the foundation and matching powder.) I've worn that throughout last summer and I have acne prone oily/combo skin. It was a wonderful investment for me because it didnt sweat off my face and by the end of the day I wasnt shiny save wherever I was sweating on my face. For higherend I'd recommend Urban Decays Naked. Pretty much does the same as the Revlon.

Don't find anything that clogs your pores! It may cause spots etc. before make up and that shizz you need to find good wash products: I personally recommend Paula's Choice (you can try samples) this will help/remove excess oil but you don't want anything to harsh. That to finding the right wash products make help with the problem with your eyelids. Maybe try patting some powder foundation on your eyelids before using eyeshadows. I know it's awful when your eyelids are just blah! Lucky for you yours can probs be fixed but for me on my eyelids you can see all my veins from outter space haha!

For the eyelids I wouldn't suggest wearing anything shimmery unless you prime them well. I find the Nars eye primer over a concealer like Mac prolong wear on the lids keeps my lids from getting oily.

Instead of blotting papers, tissue paper (the kind you may put in a bag that you have gifts in) is basically the same just cheaper!:)

Use an oil absorbing face wash, and then moisturize your face with an oil-free moisturizer. Then prime, put on your makeup, use a matte setting powder and a matte setting spray. NYX has both products that work very well and aren't as expensive as Urban Decay. For the eyelids, wipe away all oil, apply a matte primer, and apply matte eyeshadow and finish with a bit of the setting spray also :)

Yeah absolutely not anything shimmery. Shimmer enhances oily skin types and will only further make you look more shiny. After reading both of renound author and makeup artist's Kevin Aucoin's Facing Forward and Making Faces, throughout the book he suggests placing setting / pressed powder first on the eyelids and then layering the eye with other pressed shadows. The other option is finding a good eyelid primer. Be sure to apply the primer on the lid and blend. Then you can put down your eyeshadow.

Try a powder foundation instead of a liquid one so that it absorbs the oil. I recommend the benefit "Hello Flawless" powder foundation!! Its amazing.

I find that Mac Prolong wear cannot do me wrong and I have oily skin that gets oily in under 3 hours or so. I also use the primer by urban decay and also the nars one is good.
