I like mixing colors, I did a dip dye of pink+purple(diluted with conditioner) and came out with a really pretty pastel orchid color... I love all the pastels, if you're into that. Maybe you can do like both colors, but not in a gradient but like tiny individual strands of each color (I'll post a photo).
I've never heard of this brand, have you used it before? I'd like to hear what you think about this brand and their colors!
*the picture isn't the clearest way to understand what i'm talking about since the colors are so similar, but I really like it how you see some purple bits individually from the pink parts

Yeah i love dip dye too ! Ive done it before though and last time i used this brand ! I used the capri blue colour and i had blue ends, these are really well priced like €4 /$5 a bottle, they wash out quite quickly though takes 3 weeks or so and the blue i used faded quite alot but that could just be cause its such a bright colour ? I bought both of these cause i intended on mixing them but im not sure what colour that would go, i love pastel hair especially like a pastel pink ombre ! Gorgeous

since you have dark brown hair you could do a two tone with a light brown or even caramel color underneath your hair. sorry I don't have a picture to show you.
