i have angel wings on my back and got them when i was 16 didn't really hurt. got my ribs tattooed at 17 and that hurt like hell!!! got a cross on the back of my neck at 18 and that took like 10 minutes no pain. and my final one i got on the inside of my bicep when i was 20 and it just tickled near my armpit

That tattoo would literally take two minutes, so even if it does hurt its not like a 3 hour sesh for a back piece is it lol. You know it will fade fast there though? Will need re touching all the time and is it really worth it?
