My hair is really damaged and poofy at the ends, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a DIY hair mask that I could use to help smooth and repair it. Thank you!!

I use avocados and eggs together with Olive oil or coconut oil. It will help with the poof and strengthen the hair and it's elasticity with the oil to mend it together ❤️ hope this helps!

Thank you so much everyone!! Should I apply this on the ends, or all over? Thanks!

Coconut oil works well, and so does mayonnaise! If you have oily hair then just put it on the ends.

Get a hair humidifier or go to a salon that has one. my hair stylist saturate my hair in deep conditioner then puts a plastic hair bag. I will sit under the humidifier for 30 mins. my hair becomes very moisturize. I bought one a craiglist and use it in between my hair appts. I have thyroid issues and my hair is very dry and thinning. when my hair stylist did this treatment I cried cuz I thought I would never have nice hair again. plus it making my hair grow.
