I use urban decay 24/7 in perversion but it seems to break when I sharpen it or fall apart when I try to apply it. I love how black it goes on though. Please help! Thank you!

EASY!! believe it or not but the maybelline blackest black eyeliner works SO GOOD!! I'v used other brand names and pay expensive prices for them and they all worked the same until I found maybellines blackest black eyeliner. IRS So good and only 2.97 at walmart. Been using for 6 yrs now and its the BEST!! TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT!! YOU WON'T REGRET :)
