Use Pantene's Over Night Hair Creme (don't quote me on that name! I can't remember exactly) makes hair nice and soft for the morning. Also get a deep conditioner to use once a week! I like one by L'Oreal Paris (again don't know the name but the packaging is has blue on it).

I second Lourdes with the Aphogee Two Step Treatment! Its pretty amazing =) Plus, watch out for brushing your hair when wet and heat styling. Definitely use heat protectants anytime you do use heat.
