Definitely Thrift shops! You could also diy old clothes. There are usually pretty good back to school sales at clothing stores, so you don't have to pay full price :)

Outlet stores :D and ebay too! One of my YouTubers buys allll her clothes from eBay and she looks fabulous. TJ Maxx, Ross are some good outlet stores.
