Opinions on Luxy Hair!?

I've had hair extensions for 4+ years, and am looking to try Luxy hair.

The extensions I currently have are 18 inch Euronext extensions from Sally's. I really like them but the problem is my hair is too thick for them. I looked it up and discovered they're only 80 grams.

Sooo I decided that I want to switch to Luxy hair. I love how there are 3 options for thickness. I'm looking into the 160 gram set in chocolate brown.

Thoughts!? Opinions?! Suggestions!?

And do you think chocolate brown is right for me? My hair is dark but I have caramel highlights.

I haven't tried them but I haven't heard good things about them. And I heard the customer service is bad.

I'm with Qwaserght on this one. If you are looking for new ones, I definitely suggest trying out Bellami.
