So I was looking through my makeup basket and pulled out two foundations that I haven't used in a long time due to the fact that they are TOO dark. One being a Marcelle BB cream (oily) and the other a Vichy Normaderm (matte). Mixing these two foundations is PERFECT for my combination skin type. I found this old Vichy sample jar in my room and had a fantastic idea. I poured a few squirts of each foundation into this little jar as well as some of my FAVOURITE skin care creams.
Reversa anti- redness cream, to conceal and tame my rosacea.
Reversa multi tasking care, to firm and moisturize my skin.
Smashbox high definition concealer
Smashbox hydrating primer
La Roche Posay pigmentclar serum, to correct my uneven skin tone.
Vichy Capital Soleil SPF 60, a light sunscreen to give me protection
Mixing all these together allowed me to match it to my skin tone and begin to use my favourite foundations again while protecting and correcting my skin.

That's a great idea for foundation/products that aren't quite right for your skin tone and adding the other items is good too.
