So I haven't changed any products just my primer. My faced looked smooth then mid application I started to notice these fine bumps. now I did have a few from a breakout but the rest just showed up. has this happened to anyone.

May be that Didn't Suit your skin...
Don't worry, Take Anti-allergy :) You'll be fine soon.
and Yeah avoid using that Primer next time...

It happened to me with Lorac's primer. The base ingredient was Ethylhexyl Palmitate which is highly comedogenic. Those are clogged pores, you can get rid of them through using a BHA exfoliant.
