Good acne spot treatments?

The only times I usually get breakouts is around my period and I'd like to get a spot treatment for when I do get them! If any of you have any suggestions if be really grateful! :)

I personally use tea tree oil. I dilute mine with Argan Oil so that it doesn't dry me out. Works well for inflammation as well.

I've heard origins sport eraser is amazing for spot treating. I've trained Mario badescu drying lotion which again you place on a Pimple and by next day it really dries out the spot.

I use kate somerville eradikate which does have sulfur in it. I just make sure to moisturize because it's drying but I can put it on before going to bed and it's gone by morning.

Thanks everyone! I've been using tea tree oil but it hasn't really done anything but I'll definitely look into the others you suggested!
