I was wondering if any of you all ever used honey ask an acne mask? If so, how did you use it? Do you just rub it all on? How long? How do you wash it off? How did it work?

I tried using Manuka honey and clay as an acne mask and it didn't work out for me. I mixed both in equal quantities, let the paste sit on my skin for 15 minutes then rinsed. It did help getting rid of excess oil but did nothing for the two zits I was having at the time.

I use it as a spot treatment. I put it on my acne and scars. Then I just use warm water to rinse off. I usually get a very little bit of my face cleanser and wash my face so it's not sticky.

I mix honey and the leaves from a green tea bag and leave it sit for about 1 minute then wash it off and it works wonders! It's such a helpful natural treatment!(:

(this doesn't work in just one day you have to do it everyday for great results!)
honey
oatmeal
non flavored yogurt
you mix all those up in a small container and just pat on your face. leave on for about 15-20 minutes. then wash your face (: your skin should feel soft and fresh.

Honey is wonderful. It's amazing. For acne I use a bit of clay and cinnamon and nutmeg with it for gentle exfoliation. Leave it for about 10-20 min but not too long. I rinse with green tea since its soothing or even rice water.
