Hello :)

I have a work office meet and greet. We have to dress business casual. I was wondering if this outfit will be ok. If not please let me know how to improve it.

Black jeans, dark red shirt, cream blazer and black stilettos.

Stilettos are not appropriate. And I'm pretty sure jeans are never okay even for business casual, I'd wear trousers or a skirt.

If it's a meet and greet you want to look professional, it's their first opinion of you and you will definitely be judged on how you dress. I agree about the jeans and shoes. Never wear jeans, even if they're black or a dark colour. Wear trousers or a skirt. As for stilettos. It's fine to wear heels but not huge heels. I'll post some pictures. (:
