Ways to get nails to grow fast. Any nail tips would help!

I soak my nails in oil with 1 table spoon of salt in it for 1hr each day. My nails her 2cm in a week!

I used to have brittle nails that always breaks so I could never grow them. I got acrylic extensions from a professional nail artist and after 2 weeks I noticed my reak nails growing faster underneath the extensions. So, I've had my extensions removed and voila I got long desirable stronger nails these days. I also changed my diet and I always make sure I eat food like eggs, walnuts, spinach (rich in vitamin b complex). Hope that helps!
