The 2 is easy. I've made some similar. they sell dye at wal mart. buy white shorts and let them soak I he dye. if you want studs just put them on after, I've gotten cheap ones from ebay.

I've tried something similar to number 2 but I bleached it to long and they fell apart. Lol. I want to try number 3.
