Avon have one, I tried it once. It was one of the best I ever tried :)

I don't recommend brow 'pens' but I do recommend normal brow fillers with either the mascara looking brushes or a gel filler. I feel these products give a more natural look.

It's a brow pen/pencil but I love the anestia brow pen.
