My bottom eyelashes are pretty long and visible and I have a "thick" water line, I wanna make my eyelashes even more visible with mascara does anybody know any tutorials?

Well to bring out your eyelashes more you could add white to your waterline it will really accentuate the eye and in the picture it almost looks as if their is eyeliner towards the end of the eye to create a darker effect hope I could help
