Foundation Or Concealer?

Just asking. Can I just get a foundation or a concealer? It is just to cover up my eyebags and acne scars tho. Or should I buy both? I just want a natural look as I think both of them would make my face seem so covered up.

Well it depends how much coverage you want and what concealer or foundation you buy because some cover better than other so that you won't need a foundation.

It's somewhat in now just to use concealer on the face. And yes you can get either and not the other. Have a look on YouTube think NikkieTutorials she did one.
